Davy Bonilla started his career in 1989 before going on to become one of France’s top jockeys.

Between year 1989 to 2017 he took over 1500 wins across France, United Kingdom, United States, Germany, Belgium, Italy, Switzerland, Spain, Japan, Hong Kong , Macao, Singapore, Malaysia, Mauritius, Tunisia, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Dubai. His major wins include 14 Group 1s and 100s G2s and G3s globally. A few being: Prix Maurice de Gheest G1 ( 2006, 2007, 2008 ) thus becoming the first to gain three consecutive wins in any French G1 races, Prix de l’abbaye de Longchamp ( 2008 ) , Darley July Cup ( 2008 ) , Jacques le Marois ( 2008 ) , Jockey club of Milan ( 2006 ) , Deutsche Derby ( 2005 ) and more .

After spending 5 years in Asia, he decided to embark on a new path. He received Diplôme CPEP 1 in 2008 in Canada. Entraîneur physique école Ataraxia CEGEP From vieux Montréal before coming back to France in 2018 and took position as jockey agent and coach, managing both French and international jockeys. At the same time ,he also rediscovered his passion to buy and sell horses which led to the creation of his bloodstock agency CODE 73. Purchasing horses for owners across Europe, including a G3 winner in Longchamp this year which he had co-ownership.

He is now using his breadth of experience in all aspects of racing to build and grow TEAM CENTAURI as our racing manager.
